FDC PERFORMANCE COMPANIES

Students interested in additional performance opportunities may be invited to join our Performance Companies. Members of the FDC Performance Companies will have opportunities to perform and compete locally and nationally with solo, duet, and group choreography. Private lesson fees apply for solo/duet/trio/select group choreography. Dancers in our Performance Companies are required to be enrolled in weekly technique classes. There are additional fees (choreography fees/costume fees/competition fees) for Performance Company members.

WHAT IS PRE-MINI COMPANY?

Pre-Mini Company is an “invite only” program designed to give dancers the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a full Performance Company member. Dancers involved in Pre-Mini Company will learn an additional piece of group choreography during the season (outside of their regular classes) to prepare and train for Performance Company / competition in the future. Pre-Mini Company dancers are required to be enrolled in weekly technique classes in the Fall (3 days per week). The additional piece will be performed at our Spring Dance Concert in June.
